Who owns the website?
You do. The domain and hosting are registered in your name.
What kinds of organizations do you work with?
Businesses, professional firms, health practices, nonprofits, associations and residential buildings. If people look you up before they call, a better website helps.
Where are you based?
New York. Clients can be anywhere, and most projects run over video calls.
Do you help after launch?
Yes. Updates, newsletters and fixes are available hourly or monthly. Or your team takes it over.
What is the digital checkup?
A few quick questions about your website, how people reach you and how you show up online. You get a score out of 100 right away, along with the fixes that would help most.
Websites
Can you redesign the site we already have?
Yes. What works stays, your content carries over, and the rest gets rebuilt.
Will the site show up in Google?
Every page gets a proper title, description and structured data, and the site is checked for speed before launch. Search rankings also depend on your content and your Google business listing, and we can help with both.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. Booking, email, payment and portal tools can be linked or embedded.
Co-ops & condos
Can you work with our management company?
Yes. We work alongside managing agents and can link the tools the building already uses.
Can residents who are not comfortable online still vote?
Yes. An election can mix online, mail-in and in-person ballots.
Events & podcasts
Who runs the Zoom during our event?
We do. You run the meeting. Registration, panelists, muting and questions are handled for you.
Do we need a studio for a podcast?
No. Episodes are recorded over Zoom, then edited, mixed and published for you.
Marketing & design
Do you work on a monthly plan?
Yes. Most marketing clients choose a set number of hours each month.
Can you use the email tool we already pay for?
Yes. There is no need to move to something new.
Can you work from our existing logo?
Yes. It can be refreshed, or replaced if it no longer fits.
Will we get the design files?
Yes. You get the final files for web and print.
AI & automation
Do we need to know anything about AI?
No. Everything is explained in plain English, and nothing is recommended that does not fit how your team already works.
Does an automation send things on its own?
Only if you want it to. Most clients start with automations that prepare a draft for a person to check.
What happens in an AI consultation?
A conversation about where your team spends its hours, followed by a short list of what could be automated.
